For information on SUPPORT issues or QUESTIONS about the Control Group and our study, please click on a topic below.
Being part of the Control Group means that you are participating in an incredibly important study that will reveal the true effect of the SARS-CoV-2 vaccinations by providing data for the health outcomes of the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine-free.
The Control Group participation ID card is NOT a SARS-CoV-2 vaccine, mask or self-isolation exemption. Both the digital and plastic printed versions are evidence that you are a participant in the Control Group’s vital, worldwide study of the health outcomes of the vaccine-free. It is not accepted by any governments or within any COVID passport schemes, nor is it intended to be.
According to some of our participants, they have used it as evidence that they are exempt from SARS-CoV-2 vaccines, but this is simply because the person checking them in has chosen to accept it. You can see examples of this on our Telegram group Card Success Stories: https://t.me/+I9xeF2WD0ww5ZWQ0
The QR code can be scanned by most smart phones and is designed to confirm your current participation and the wording on the confirmation page supports your right to not be discriminated against because of your medical choices.
The QR code will not work on any official COVID pass scanners.

Study participation letters, signed by a doctor, are available to download from the RESOURCES page in a number of different languages. Please login first, then go to the RESOURCES menu item. You can select a letter for yourself and any of your dependents with different languages.
Please note that you will not be able to create a participation letter if you have not yet created your digital ID card/s.
We are aware that in a few instances, an error occurs when downloading these letters. If this happens, please contact us and include the email address that you use to login with and let us know if it is a specific person’s letter or all letters that have errors.
If this doesn't answer your specific question, please use the email form above.
Other resources:PROMIC self-declared and health professional exemption forms and a statutory declaration are available from www.PROMIC.info. The Health Professional form requires a signature from a health professional, which unfortunately, we can no longer provide.
The Control Group study is a citizen-led, independent study of the health outcomes of the voluntarily SARS-CoV-2 vaccine-free. It is not a clinical trial and not registered with the NIH and therefore does not qualify for exemption under the government scheme. Please check in your own country for exemption rules. That said, some organisations have chosen to accept Control Group participation ID as evidence of clinical exemption.
We have spoken about making our study more formal and have been working with another organisation to facilitate this. We understand that it has taken longer than expected and that we haven’t been able to give you any details about it, but this is because we have been asked not to so as not to jeopardize what they and we are doing. We have made great progress in the last few weeks and the very moment we are allowed to, we will give you more information. It will still not be a trial and this still may not exempt you, however, it is vitally important that this is done, because a formal study will be recognised and can then be backed up by the rest of the free participant data.

If you have already ordered cards, please allow up to 2 weeks for the UK, up to 4 weeks delivery to Europe and about 6 weeks for the rest of the world.
You can see if your card has been dispatched under the cards on your PROFILE page.
Reasons your card may not have been dispatched yet:
If you have received your cards but not your dependent's, it might be because you created your Associate subscription before adding any dependents, which means we sent out your cards but we have no way of knowing that you have added more people to your account.
You can request your dependent's cards using the form above by setting the topic to ORDER DEPENDENT CARDS.
Digital ID is available to everyone who has created one. Simply visit your PROFILE page, click on the VIEW DIGITAL ID (QR) next to your ID card image. You can do this from a mobile device and then screenshot it, or save the image for your files by right-clicking on it and choosing SAVE.
Get a plastic printed card by becoming a funding Associate - the button for this is under the Digital ID cards on the PROFILE page. Please ensure you have created a digital ID for you and each of your dependents before choosing this option.
Family Associate is £14 setup and then £24 per year (or £6 quarter).
Individual Associate is £4 setup and then £24 per year (or £6 quarter).
Has my card been dispatched? You can check the dispatch date under the ID cards on the PROFILE page. We have had an issue with cards that have been re-requested, not being dispatched due to an error in our system. We can only apologise for that. This has now been fixed and we are sending out the missing cards as quickly as we can.
To order another card in a different language, please make sure your first language cards have been dispatched (check dispatch notice under ID cards on your PROFILE page). Then EDIT your cards to create a new language version.
Once done, please request a new language card using the form above with the topic set to: REQUEST NEW LANGUAGE CARDS
Paypal closed the Control Group account without any notice - this means that all subscriptions will expire when they are next due to be paid.
We have been working incredibly hard to ensure there is a smooth transition to the new payment method, but as you can imagine, there are still a few issues that will need sorting.
Stripe has a far nicer interface and you are able to manage your own subscription, including cancelling it through the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION link on your PROFILE page.
Your PROFILE page will show 'cancelled' with an expiry date that is the date your next payment is due.
You can renew your subscription with Stripe at any point, but your new subscription with Stripe will begin as soon as you renew and not from the date your PayPal subscription ends. You can now subscribe annually as well as quarterly.
We are still able to access Paypal to make refunds, but we are not able to cancel subscriptions as these will automatically be canceled by PayPal. Please do not contact us to cancel a subscription - if you signed up with PayPal, it will be cancelled by them for everyone, if you have signed up with Stripe and now want to cancel, you can do this in your PROFILE from the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION link.
If you set up a subscription with PayPal and it didn't link to your account (failed to create Associate status), please complete the form above with the topic PAYPAL NOT LINKED.
If you set up a new subscription with Stripe, there have been a few instances where it has not completed. This has now been resolved, and you can proceed with ordering your cards.
If you have any issues with PayPal please complete the form above with the topic of PAYPAL ISSUE.
If you have any issues with Stripe please complete the form above with the topic of STRIPE PAYMENT ISSUE.

If you wish to have your record deleted from our system please complete the form above with the topic of DELETE ACCOUNT and include your username in the email.
Please do feel free to stay in the system if you have chosen or been forced to take the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine - you can add it to your vaccinations record and it will be very useful to us to see how many people have gone on to take it.
